Cladal ("we") is a prototype AI tool currently in Beta. By using this tool, you understand it is experimental and provided on an "as-is" basis. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you generate.

Sensitive Data

Please do not enter highly sensitive financial information (credit cards, bank details) or private health data into the chat, as this is a general-purpose AI tool.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text you input and the content the AI generates for you.

3. Liability

AI models can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). We are not liable for any errors, incorrect information, or data loss resulting from the use of this tool.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
